The Hidden Gem in Clearwater
I’ve had a total of 10 leases over a span of years. Whether it’s an emergency or not, if anything goes awry, the staff is ... quick to fix whatever needs to be fixed or order a part. Example: my microwave stopped working. A part had to be ordered. They ordered the part AND gave me a loaner! I’m using this example because my daughter is also a Leasing Agent elsewhere and she said “mom we would order the part, but we’d never give a loaner “. It’s a pleasure to walk my dog here, as the grounds are maintained & very nice too. There’s more but that will do for today! It’s a lovely place and I’m happy to call it home. I have lived here for over three years and here are all the great things about Imperial Gardens: 1. Great neighbors! ... Residents are friendly, respectful and quiet (especially late hours) 2. Grounds are well kept and common areas are always in great shape 3. The Pool and Spa area is just as nice as a fancy resort hotel. And again, residents are friendly and respectful 4. Maintenance is top notch! Usually resolved same day as reported even for non critical issues. I work from home, thus maintenance enters my apartment while I am there. They are quick and professional.
